Hah, you said it! And I have to admit, if you hadn't upgraded our weapons, we may not have been able to finish the job.

Lisbeth

I guess that's part of the whole quest design. In order to beat it, we had to build and nuture relationships in addition to working hard.

Gotta say, though—I'm not exactly a fan of being overworked like this. That guildmaster's gonna get a piece of my mind.

That'd be the previous guildmaster... my father.

Don't worry about it, but why go to all that trouble?

I don't have much experience as a merchant, so I'm still learning... Plus, I like to deal with customers and colleagues directly.

My father's all about profit, but I think it's just as important to make people happy, and I believe a good merchant can do both!

That's why I initially wanted to become a smith.

It's a job that lets you support the people putting their lives on the line... I get to see the results of my hard work in the smiles of my customers!

It defintely felt a lot more fulfilling than running the merchants' guild from the sidelines.
