Soul is the cost to learn each skill; Prof. is the weapon proficiency it needs, so the rows are in the order you can unlock them. DPS is the skill's damage ÷ cooldown at the chosen rank — what Best-value pick maximizes while staying inside your Soul budget (the highest-DPS set your Soul can buy; hand-pick to override). Build DPS weaves your learned skills on cooldown. Single-target, before buffs, weapon bonuses or critical hits.
