A mutated spider known by some as the "Matriarch's Scion." Its abilities are highly unusual, being neither spell nor incantation yet bearing an uncanny resemblance to both. These powers might be best described as what overworlders refer to as "psychokinesis," allowing the Grand Orbweaver to teleport or manipulate massive objects at will. Researchers believe these powers stem from the multiple brains within each of these creatures—a trait that continues to fascinate scholars. Due to their abilities, however, unfortunate researchers sent to collect specimens often end up becoming lunch rather than returning with fresh research material.
