The chieftains who lead packs of Ruin Kobolds. Uncommonly intelligent when compared to their kinfolk, they shrewdly command the lesser ranks from safe positions. Perhaps in imitation of the regal attire of other species' rulers, they wield scepters of metal and bone, don patchwork robes, and crown themselves with crude diadems. Some are even able to cast arcane incantations.
